There are five sections to each leg with joints between each section which give the leg the potential to move in different directions. The exoskeleton at the joints consists of a flexible cuticle which allow free time of movement.

Also on each of the second and third segments of the thorax there is, typically, a pair of wings though in some insects (e.g. Flies and mosquitoes) these may be reduced to one pair and a estimate of species have no wings at all.

In the mature insect the abdomen carries no appendages other than some apparatus on the final segment to aid with egg-laying.

The firm exoskeleton supports the insect, maintains its shape and protects it from damage and from evaporation. Insects such as butterflies or bees, which exhibit complete metamorphosis, have larval stages quite unlike the adult e.g. Fly maggots or butterfly caterpillars. The penultimate moult results in a quiescent stage, the pupa, in which the adult features are formed. The final moult reveals the mature insect.

In insects such as the cockroach or grasshopper, which have incomplete metamorphosis, the early stages are called nymphs and they closely look the adult except that their wings have not formed. Small changes of form take place at each ecdysis until the mature winged insect emerges.

7. Blood becomes deoxygenated once again and returns to the classic and inferior vena cava where the process begins again.

As I mentioned above, this just gives you a brief overview of the heart, it's function and how it transports blood nearby the body. One of my beloved trainings to gift is Laughing Meditation. Participants in these sessions have cleared their sinuses, lowered blood pressure, slept better, and the list goes on and on. While laughing meditation your focus and concentration is on the laughter itself, instead of on your breath or a mantra as in other meditation practices. We start out with a few stretches, then lie on the floor in a circle with our heads toward the center. I get us started with a merge of silly puns or jokes, and as I said, my own laugh is contagious, so everybody starts right in. Big belly laughs are recommended, as is trying out different laughs, and laughing so hard that you slap your hand or foot down on the floor. I'm sure you can fantasize - it only takes one hyena or wicked witch of the west in the group to keep everybody laughing hysterically. Twenty minutes goes by faster than you think when you're concentrating on laughing. Your abs get a good work-out, as do your bronchi, and you get rid of all those extra stress hormones.

Once we all stop laughing, I do a guided free time to calm everybody further, and we end with a Yogic breathing convention called "Brahmari Breath", which also has been shown to release endorphins. We are all high on endorphins by the time we leave!

The rug is so warm that most nights it's all he wears even when the temperature drops to around 0 degrees C; he has a walk in walk out yard and stable.

How to correctly rug a horse

You might think rugging a horse is plainly a matter of chucking it on and doing up the straps and buckles but there are safe ways to do it (plenty of hazardous ways too).

If you're rugging out in the paddock and you don't have the horse restrained, always start by doing up the leg straps first. That way, if the horse takes off the rug will slip harmlessly over the rump and not cause any damage (or hopefully get damaged). If you've done it up at the chest first and the horse takes off the rug will fall off around its front legs, potentially a very hazardous situation. You'll also end up with a wrecked rug most times.

When doing up the leg straps, do them up on the same side and loop the other one round it between the back legs. This stabilises the rug much better and stops the straps from rubbing against the insides of the back legs. The estimate of times I've come across leg straps done up with the tongue facing outwards. With colts and stallions, make sure the leg straps aren't done up so tightly they pinch a very delicate part of their anatomy. If the straps do start pinching their testicles you'll probably cop a kick the next time you try to rug them.

When you take rugs off make a point of clipping up the leg straps again so that when you put it back on the straps and clips don't fly around and whack the horse. Those clips can hurt if they hit hard enough.

As a social servant, the metaphysician should live-up to this image--by expressing his innate Buddha-Mind in the world of men. This he should do so if he is to avoid being a metaphysician in name only.

What is true for the negative is also true for the determined polarity. This is the law of "like attracts like" in operation within the psychological and psychospiritual being of man. It is in this wise that we originate and are responsible for our own heaven and hell on earth. We are creators and not mere creatures. The Aquarian Gospel puts it this way:

God never made a heaven for man; he never made a hell; we are creators and we make our own." (33:9)

Living in hell-like circumstances and states is is the consequent of one's ignorance and misapplication of the laws of the mind. Our mind is a two-edged sword that whether "slays" the Real by its misperception or able to cut-through the unreal by its power of discrimination between the true and the false. Man was given the "freewill" to choose whether one. Correcting one's inner state--one's attitudes, and belief-framework by positive, uplifting, constructive and lofty thoughts cause, spiritually speaking, the manifestation of heaven in one's mundane experiences. It is for this fancy that in order to originate abundance, peace, health, and contentment in our lives and in the lives of others, the first step that we have to take is in the development of the nature of our thoughts. Aside from improving one's life, lofty thoughts also stimulate the higher chakras, or psychic centers. Prince Gautama who became the Buddha, discerned this truth and incorporated it into his teachings, in order to comfort the state of suffering in humanity and to set their feet firmly onto the path of spiritual integration. "Right Thinking" as taught by the enlightened prince, is one of the steps in the Buddhistic Eightfold-Path.

How one creates one's reality is a theme in many of the channeled teachings that is being conveyed to us at our gift area. This is, however, but an echo of the ancient sages and their teachings."New Age" truths are but fragments of the eternal Wisdom that was taught by them. There is, as the Solomonic saying goes, "nothing new under the sun." insight how we originate our reality is one of the points that the metaphysician should be well-known with. It is one of the basic teachings that has to be inculcated in the minds of men, for the strict apprehension of this principle has the power of transforming a person's life.

The metaphysician has to awaken a sense of responsibility in his clients, that they take operate over their world. Many habitancy believe that they are weak and powerless to convert things directly or indirectly. This may or may not be true; however, one still has the relaxation to choose one's response and attitude toward things; and more important, one has the power of putting the right causes into request for retrial in the realm o the mind that will indirectly convert and affect conditions and events. Such an awareness should be instilled into the minds of habitancy that they begin to live harmoniously, for when the source and cause of plentifulness are known and applied, less tension will there be in the struggle for survival. The laws of the jungle will be supplanted with the Law of Love. Instead of competition there will be cooperation. There will ultimately be more time and vigor for higher pursuits. Without a higher awareness of life, man wastes and squanders his time and resources on trivial matters, and this causes one's evolution to stagnate.
